Congratulations to our President-Elect, Toni A. Ubiebor, on successfully attending the 2026 Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) organised by Rotary International District 9141, held in Warri from March 6–7, 2026.
Preparing for Impact
The two-day seminar brought together Presidents-Elect across the district for comprehensive leadership development focused on preparing them to lead vibrant and impactful clubs in the coming Rotary year.
In line with the Rotary International Presidential Message, “Create Lasting Impact,” the seminar emphasized:

Also present at the seminar were Assistant Governors-Designate Jeane Ochen and Douglas Okafor, who showed their support for the presidents they will work closely with in the coming Rotary year.
